A selection of our staff talk about their Meridian working experience. Our business is complex and varied. We are fortunate that there is such a diverse range of skills among our people, from engineers looking after some of New Zealand's most important assets, to traders looking after Meridian's interests in the electricity markets. In between, there is a whole range of skills, talent, experience and responsibilities. Our people drive service and innovation in our business. Meridian is committed to ensuring we enable all our people to contribute to their full potential and achieve their own career objectives. At Meridian we are also committed to the development of our people. We strive to create an environment where our staff can make a real difference. This is underpinned by strong systems and processes that provide effective frameworks for staff and their managers. |
