Meridian is committed to responsible management of natural resources for the good of the long-term sustainability of our company and for the environments we operate in. In 2006/07 we continued our consent monitoring, mitigation and compliance work. Meridian remained involved in key policy and planning matters and continued to progress our feasibility and approvals work for renewable energy generation projects. We strive for community participation, and to seek out and use sound science and best practice in all our natural resource management activities.
